Celebrations
EDGE: Endurance Development for Growth & Excellence I & II
EDGE –Endurance Development for Growth and Excellence initiative aims to develop the next level managers from within Endurance. EDGE is not just a program, rather a journey that participants experience for 9 months. The participants ride along this journey by implementing learnings from book club discussions, classroom trainings, individual and group coaching sessions at the workplace. The participants are assigned challenging projects which are reviewed on an ongoing basis to ensure that each participant can achieve the set goals and that each of them is empowered to be the change they want to see in themselves and in Endurance.
SDP: Supervisory Development Program
SDP is a focused training initiative that aims to enable frontline supervisors across departments and locations to drive delivery for their teams. The participants build their technical and behavioural skills through interactive sessions consisting of games and exercises. Post the trainings, each participant is provided with the opportunity to apply their learnings via specific projects mentored by their respective HOD.
EYLP: Endurance Youth Leadership Program
Endurance Youth Leadership Program (EYLP) is a comprehensive employee development initiative that aims to develop the next line of leaders and build people capabilities to meet future goals.

problems and achieve targets chosen by top management. -
Teams are
assigned to specific mentors who guide them through their journeys. - Each team member will be provided opportunities to challenge their thought processes, elevate their skills and domain knowledge and gain exposure to different processes and competencies, thus enabling them to accept larger responsibilities in their roles going forward.
- They apply learnings from their focused technical and behavioural trainings to their projects and strengthen their communication, organization and leadership skills.
WAE: Women At Endurance
We have a strong community of women at Endurance ranging from quality assurance engineers and paint shop experts who work on the shop floor, engineers who drive innovation of new products and technologies at our R&D facilities, costing executives who drive product costing, sourcing executives who work with suppliers to create win-win situations, and managers/officers across functions including legal, HR, finance, sourcing, R&D, IT and operations teams who enable Endurance to achieve its goals.
We have created a forum for women to come together, share their perspectives, discuss their views on relevant topics chosen by the women, improve leadership and communication skills, participate in mentoring and volunteering programs and network with peers across plants and departments.

An internship at Endurance is an opportunity for students to collaborate on exciting projects, not only with talented peers but with top leaders in the field.
Endurance engages with top engineering colleges to hire students to focus on challenging projects for summer internships and yearlong internships.
