from different departments come together, work as a team to solve
complex
problems and achieve targets chosen by top management. -
Teams are
assigned to specific mentors who guide them through their journeys. - Each team member will be provided opportunities to challenge their thought processes, elevate their skills and domain knowledge and gain exposure to different processes and competencies, thus enabling them to accept larger responsibilities in their roles going forward.
- They apply learnings from their focused technical and behavioural trainings to their projects and strengthen their communication, organization and leadership skills.
